Some insurances provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health providers. I will provide a “Superbill,” a detailed receipt indicating what services were provided, which can be submitted to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This is worked out between you and your insurance. I encourage you to call them to learn if you would qualify for this under your plan. Typically reimbursement is provided after you have reached your deductible for the year.

I am committed to providing access to therapy for those who have limited resources. I hold a certain percentage of my caseload at reduced rates that balances access with the need to keep Tending Hope running long-term.
